Spanish boutique supercar maker, AD Tramontana has teamed up with Bulgarian cockpit specialist, Vilner to create this special Tramontana for the 2017 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
With a 5.5-litre Mercedes-Benz bi-turbo V12 that churns out 653kW of power and 920Nm of torque, the 1,268kg rear drive Tramontana is enough to send most enthusiasts weak at the knees. However, the show car is all about its Vilner built interior.
According to the company, with the exception of some buttons and controls, the entire cockpit is specially crafted by Vilner. The black leather and Alcantara interior is layered with eye-catching lizard textured “golden leather” as a continuation of the exterior gold scheme. Vilner says the slightly vintage look of the material makes the seats look like a sporty modern interpretation of the ancient thrones. Even the seat belts are gold in colour.
Elsewhere, the instrument cluster visor is upholstered in black Alcantara with gold edging, while the show car’s steering wheel – complete with gold stitching and central marker – has been designed exclusively by Vilner.
