Microsoft’s Driver Quality rating system

I just ran across this on Ars: Inside Microsoft’s new Driver Quality Rating system Microsoft will start assigning ratings - green, yellow, red - to drivers, and only green drivers will be allowed to run on logo-certified PCs. (You lose your logo if you ship a non-green driver.)
