Plus Pack, not so much

Yesterday there was a lot of buzz about an upcoming "Plus Pack" for Windows Vista that Mumbo Jumbo is at least in part working on.

According to the box art seen above, which has since been removed from the originating site. This will be 4 casual game that are enhanced for Windows Vista. I hope it isn't limited to just 4 games and nothing more...that would be pretty disappointing.

It certainly wouldn't stack up well to previous Plus packs....seen below

Seriously how hard is for you to make some new themes, maybe redo that DaVinci one. Then throw in a few new screen savers wallpapers...oh and make this free to all ultimate customers...its the least you can do, just sayin.

I would be VERY disappointed if all the new "Plus" pack contained were some games.  What I REALLY miss in Vista is the Media Converter tool that came with previous versions.  That was very handy for mass-conversion of MP3 files over to WMA format.  I've got a third-party tool -- All Audio Coverter -- but it has some limitations with regards to batch conversions from multiple folders.  The XP tool was great, so if anyone from Microsoft is reading this, please make note.  //S//

Thanks for stopping by Steve.....I would love to see a Media Conversion tool that would take files and format them correctly for a Zune too...
