Matt Gibbs is coming to Tampa

"DevFish.net and the Tampa Bay .NET User Group present Matt Gibbs, the ASP.NET Development Manager on ASP.NET - What's Around the Corner. In addition to being a core member of the ASP.NET team, Matt is author of such fine publications as ASP.NET Coding Strategies, Professional Active Server Pages 3.0, Professional ASP.NET 1.0 Namespace Reference with C#, Building an ASP.NET Intranet, ASP. Net Programmers Reference, ASP.NET 1.0 Namespace Reference with VB.NET, ASP.NET Mobile Controls: Tutorial Guide: Adaptive Web Content for Mobile Devices with the MMIT, and Microsoft Transaction Server 3.0. Matt's been working on various Internet technologies at Microsoft since 1997.

Matt will explore some of the upcoming Visual Studio features, like Orcas and Atlas and a ton of other neat things that are coming down the pipeline. Format will be one hour on new features, followed by an open ended dialog with Matt, adjourning out to Crabby Bill's for Geek Laager #6.
