Microsoft hosts Virtual Labs that allow you to use a virtual machine across the Internet to experiment with our products. They include a script to walk you through a Hands-on-Lab scenario. They are typically pretty long scripts.

 

However, there is now a new series of labs called Virtual Labs Express that are shorter experiences to give you a brief overview or understanding of a product. Here's a list of the Virtual Labs Express available:
